Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Hide&Giggle (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms to the exclusion of any alternative terms proposed by the buyer.

 

1. Order Confirmation

No order will be processed until all required information has been received in writing. Goods will be supplied as per the order confirmation. If you disagree with the confirmation, you must notify us within 7 days from the date of issue.
Hide&Giggle is not required to accept changes once an order has been confirmed and placed with the supplier.

 

2. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation without our written consent. A cancellation or restocking fee of up to the full order value may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where incorrect information has been supplied, including pricing or product data.

 

3. Delivery & Transport

Delivery dates are non-binding estimates based on supplier lead times and shipping schedules. Orders may ship before (with approval) or after the estimated date.
Delivery terms are deemed accepted unless disputed in writing within 7 days of order placement.
From delivery (or placement into storage), all risks transfer to the buyer. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.

 

4. Claims

All items should be inspected upon delivery.
Claims for damage or shortages must be reported within 2 days, with written confirmation within 7 days.
Failure to make a claim within these periods constitutes acceptance of the goods.

We cannot accept claims for damage arising from improper storage, accidents, alterations, or misuse.

 

5. Returns Policy

Goods may only be returned with our prior written agreement.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, eligible goods purchased online may be returned within 30 days of delivery (excluding made-to-order items).

Returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be sent using an insured, trackable service.

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds exclude delivery costs and will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.

 

6. Damaged / Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

7. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
These products are produced to your specification and may include personalised options such as colour, finish, fabric, material, or size.

You will receive a confirmation email summarising your order details. You have 2 days from receipt to request changes. After production begins, changes cannot be made.
Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless incorrectly supplied or not as specified in the order confirmation.

 

8. International Orders

We thoroughly inspect international orders prior to dispatch.
If items arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace them; however, customers outside the UK must cover the cost of returning the item to us.

 

9. Prices

All prices include VAT at the current rate. Prices may change at any time (including VAT changes). Any updated price will be confirmed at checkout.

 

10. Sales & Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined or applied to sale items. Only one promotional offer may be used per order.

 

11. Terms of Payment

Full payment is required upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing.
If goods arrive incomplete or require adjustment, payment is still due, and Hide&Giggle will investigate promptly.

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to late payment.

 

12. Reservation of Title

Ownership of goods remains with Hide&Giggle until full payment (including interest) is received.
If payment is not made, we may request return of goods and/or cancel outstanding orders.

 

13. Disputes

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London.

 

14. Website Use

While we aim to ensure our website is virus-free, we cannot guarantee full protection. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.

External links provided on our website are not endorsed by Hide&Giggle, and we are not liable for their content.

 

15. Product Representation

We aim for accurate representation of all products; however, small variations may occur.
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Measurements are approximate.

 

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hide&Giggle website is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright laws.
Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

17. Liability

We strive to ensure all website information is accurate, but errors may occur.
Hide&Giggle is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased goods.

We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice.
